A Change of heart

Esther rang yesterday. She still can't get over me being 40 this year.
Esther:Its middle aged
Gina (sarcastic): Thanks for pointing that out it hadn't occured to me.
But you know what reader? I'm actually looking forward to my birthday. Bring it on! I think being in my forties will be quite fabulous. And I don't fancy the alternative much.

I always thought 50 was middle-aged. But that would make 100 the official death age. Man, I'm glad I found out that 40 was middle-aged when I was 50, or I would have been depressed at 40. But...then again...50 must be decrepit. sigh. This is when one must begin saying, "But I'm young at heart!"

Thanks for finding me thru Entrecard!
